The rules for using Looo AI — what we provide, what you agree to, and the limits of our liability.

1. The service
Looo AI provides a free third-party audit aggregator (“Free Toolkit”) and paid analytics dashboards for website visibility (SEO, GEO, ADA, UI, Google Business, multi-platform).
2. Acceptable use
- You may audit sites you own or have explicit permission to audit.
- You may not use the service to scrape, crawl or stress-test sites without authorization.
- You may not resell or relabel the dashboard without a partnership agreement.
3. Free Toolkit disclaimer
The Free Toolkit links to third-party tools that we do not operate. We make no warranty about their accuracy, availability or future existence. Use them at your own discretion.
4. Paid subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Pro-rated refunds available within 14 days of charge.
5. Intellectual property
The Looo AI brand, code, scoring system and report formats are our property. Audit reports you generate belong to you and you may share or republish them freely.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Looo AI is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Maximum liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this agreement, with notice when feasible.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, with disputes resolved in the federal or state courts located there.
