This policy covers the website at looo.ai and any subdomain or service that links to this policy. By using the site you agree to the practices described here.
2. What we collect
- Free Toolkit usage: The URL you enter is processed in your browser only — it never reaches our servers. We do not log it.
- Account data (paid): Email, name, organization (optional), authentication credentials, plan and billing details handled by our payment processor.
- Audit data (paid): URLs you submit to the dashboard, generated reports, fix lists.
- Analytics: Anonymous page-view counts, referrer, browser, country (no IP retention beyond 30 days).
3. What we never do
- Sell your data to third parties.
- Use your audit data to train external AI models.
- Track you across other sites.
4. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session, plus first-party analytics cookies (which respect Do Not Track and the EU consent banner). No advertising cookies.
5. Data location & retention
Data is stored on servers in the United States and the European Union. Account data is kept while your account is active; audit history is kept per your plan retention (14–365 days). You can delete everything from your account dashboard at any time.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR / CCPA you have the right to access, correct, export and delete your data. Email [email protected] with the request — we respond within 30 days.
7. Third-party tools
The Free Toolkit links to external services (Google PageSpeed, WAVE, Schema Validator, etc.). When you click them, their own privacy policies apply. Looo AI does not share any data with them — your browser does, via the standard URL parameter.
