Looo AI is committed to making our site usable by everyone, aligned with WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

1. Our commitment

We design and test against WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We use the same Lighthouse and WAVE tools we recommend in our audits to validate our own pages.

2. Features we provide

  • Semantic HTML with descriptive headings and ARIA landmarks.
  • Color contrast ≥ 4.5 : 1 on body text, ≥ 3 : 1 on large text and UI.
  • Keyboard-only navigation with a visible :focus-visible outline.
  • Skip-to-content link on every page.
  • Descriptive alt on all informative images.
  • Forms with associated <label> and clear error messages.
  • Respect for prefers-reduced-motion on all animations.
  • Viewport allows pinch-zoom up to 500%.
  • Trilingual UI: Chinese, English, Spanish — with <html lang> set per page.

3. Known limitations

Were actively working to improve in:

  • Some third-party tool destinations may not meet WCAG AA — we link to them as references only.
  • Older PDF documents may lack screen-reader tags. We are remediating these as we discover them.

Found an accessibility issue? Please email [email protected] with the URL and a description. We aim to acknowledge within 5 business days and fix within 30.

5. Formal complaints

US users who believe they have been discriminated against may file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice under ADA Title III.
